How each session is planned

  • We review the goal, current condition, recent scuba schedule and sea conditions before setting the session plan.
  • Coached training includes coaching and dedicated safety support. Independent training requires Master-level certification and a qualified buddy, and does not include a dedicated safety diver.
  • Buoy, line, boat, equipment and the exact safety scope are confirmed for the selected date before booking.

Skills that remain after the course

  • Training covers buddy briefings, personal limits, condition checks and the decision to stop as well as depth technique.
  • Our goal is a diver who can plan within their certification and experience, communicate with a qualified buddy and make a conservative decision when conditions change.

Questions before you book

Who leads the freediving training?

Training is led by an educator holding AIDA Instructor Trainer, SSI Freediving Instructor Trainer and RAID Freediving Examiner credentials. The suitable agency and pathway are confirmed after reviewing the diver’s current certification and goal.

Is dedicated safety support included in every session?

It is included in coached training. Independent training does not include a dedicated safety diver and requires Master-level certification and a qualified buddy. Confirm the exact safety scope for the selected date before booking.

Can I train without an instructor beside me?

Independent training is available only to eligible buddy teams that can plan and operate within their certification and experience. Current qualifications, buoy and boat arrangements and operating conditions are checked before a date is confirmed.
